Organizational Details
Day 1 – March, 7
- Event will start at 1:00 pm
- Address: BASF Conference Center, Building D105, Ludwigshafen
- If arriving by car: Parking spaces are available in the visitor car park in front of Gate 2. You can also park directly at the parking spaces at the René Bohn Hotel, we will meet 30 minutes prior to the event check in time in the hotel foyer to go to the event location together (~11 am)
- If arriving by train: Take a taxi or the public transport Walk for that from Mannheim Hbf to the stop "Universität" (There are no trains from Hbf due to the construction site at the moment). Approx. 5-10 min walk. There, take tram no 7 in the direction of Oppau (ticket machine available at this stop if needed). Get off at the BASF To r1+2. Alternative: From MA Hbf. take a S-Bahn in the direction of Ludwigshafen Mitte (not LU Hbf!), get off at LU Mitte and follow the signs to Berliner Platz. Then get on the tram No 7 there.
- Check-in for the event at the Foyer of the Conference Center at D105 and you will be provided with a name badge
- Luggage can be held at the FUTURE ASPHALT wardrobe in D105, 1st floor
- Lunch will be provided after Check-in at the Foyer of the Conference Center at D105 on the 1st floor
- After the presentation program of day 1 at D.105, there will be time to Check-in at the René Bohn Hotel (within walking distance)
- The evening event will take place at BASF Feierabendhaus, we will meet 15 min before the start of the event in the hotel foyer and walk to the evening location together
Day 2 – March, 8
- Optional BASF site tour will start at 8.30 am. We will meet at the René Bohn Hotel at 8.20 am to walk together to the pick-up point.
Recommended dress code: Business casual
